Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent services in the areas of Litigation Support Services, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Paralegal Services. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our services, and in the event that you are not completely satisfied, we have established this refund policy to outline the process for requesting a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Litigation Support Services: Refunds may be eligible for Litigation Support Services if any of the following conditions are met:

– The services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements outlined in the service agreement.

– The deliverables are significantly delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeline.

– The work delivered contains substantial errors or inaccuracies that cannot be reasonably rectified.

1.2 Contract Lifecycle Management: Refunds may be eligible for Contract Lifecycle Management services if any of the following conditions are met:

– The contract management process fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements outlined in the service agreement.

– The deliverables are not provided within the agreed-upon timeframe.

– The work delivered contains significant errors or omissions that cannot be reasonably rectified.

1.3 Paralegal Services: Refunds may be eligible for Paralegal Services if any of the following conditions are met:

– The paralegal services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements outlined in the service agreement.

– The deliverables are not provided within the agreed-upon timeframe.

– The work delivered contains substantial errors or omissions that cannot be reasonably rectified.

Refund Request Process

2.1 To request a refund, you must contact Legal Consulting Pro’s customer support team within 5 (Five) Business days from the completion of the service. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

2.2 Your refund request must include the following information:

– Your full name and contact information

– Service(s) for which you are requesting a refund

– Detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request

– Supporting documentation, if applicable, to demonstrate the failure to meet agreed-upon specifications or requirements

2.3 Legal Consulting Pro will review your refund request within 5 (Five) Business days of receiving all necessary information. We may contact you for additional details or clarification during the review process.

2.4 If your refund request is approved, Legal Consulting Pro will issue a refund according to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5 to 15 Business Days to process, depending on the payment provider’s policies.

2.5 If your refund request is denied, you will receive a detailed explanation of the reasons for the denial. We may suggest alternative solutions to address your concerns or offer remedial measures, if applicable.

Refund Exclusions

3.1 Legal Consulting Pro reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:

– You fail to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.

– The refund request is based on subjective factors, such as a change in your preferences or business circumstances, that do not relate to the quality or performance of our services.

– The refund request is made after the eligible refund period specified in section 2.1.

Modes of Payment and Refund Processing

4.1 Legal Consulting Pro accepts payment through PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Wise. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

4.2 For PayPal payments, refunds will be credited back to the original PayPal account used for the payment. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on PayPal’s policies.

4.3 For Bank Transfer payments, refunds will be processed by initiating a bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made. The refund processing time may depend on the policies of the respective banks involved.

4.4 For Wise payments, refunds will be credited back to the original Wise account used for the payment. Refund processing time may vary depending on Wise’s policies.

Modification of Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Consulting Pro reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

5.2 It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically to stay informed of any updates or modifications. Continued use of our services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised refund policy.
