About the Role:

As our Digital PR Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic public relations campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and build thought leadership within the legal services industry. You will be responsible for:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging press releases, blog posts, articles, and other content that highlights our expertise and value proposition.
• Media Relations: Research and build relationships with relevant journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the legal industry.
• Secure high-quality placements for our experts in industry publications and online platforms.
• Press Release Distribution: Utilize media platforms and press release distribution services to maximize reach and visibility.
• Social Media Management: Assist with managing our social media presence and promoting content to targeted audiences.
• Monitor and Analyze Results: Track and report on the success of your efforts, including website traffic, media mentions, and brand sentiment.
• Stay up to date: Actively follow industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital PR landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital PR, ideally within the legal or business services industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic PR campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
• Performance-based bonuses of 10% to 25% based on the number of secured press backlinks.

Bonus Information:

While not required, experience with legal writing or knowledge of the legal industry would be a strong asset.
