About the Role: 

 We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a B2B Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist specializing in Law Firms and Corporates. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with qualified leads within these targeted sectors, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and ultimately closing deals for our diverse outsourcing solutions. You will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities and expanding our reach within these prestigious markets. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: 
    1. Utilize extensive research and prospecting techniques to identify qualified leads within Law Firms and Corporates aligned with our service offerings. 
    2. Develop targeted outreach campaigns through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and industry-specific channels. 
    3. Qualify leads by understanding their unique needs, challenges, and budget constraints to determine fit for our solutions. 
  • Relationship Building and Lead Nurturing: 
    1. Build strong rapport and engage with potential clients through personalized communication tailored to their respective industries and pain points. 
    2. Educate potential clients about our customized outsourcing solutions and address their concerns effectively.
  • Sales Cycle Management: 
    1. Guide leads confidently through the sales funnel, presenting the value proposition of our outsourcing solutions and addressing objections proactively. 
    2. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and achieve ambitious sales targets. 
    3. Maintain accurate records and comprehensive reports on sales activities, progress, and client interactions. 
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: 
    1. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the legal and corporate outsourcing landscape. 
    2. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement in campaign performance and lead generation strategies. 
    3. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies tailored to target industries. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within the legal or corporate outsourcing sectors. 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently achieving individual quotas. 
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and a passion for applying effective sales methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of building trust and rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Proficiency in relevant sales tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, Overloop (Prospect), etc. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools. 
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be highly self-motivated. 
  • Passion for the legal and corporate sectors and a strong understanding of their outsourcing needs. 

 

Benefits: 

  • Competitive salary: INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month 
  • Attractive incentive structure: 10% commission on the first sale generated from each successfully closed deal (e.g., closing a USD 1,000 deal earns you a USD 100 incentive)

  • Shift Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (US Shift)
